On September 29, Shanghai Ronghe Yuanchu Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ronghe Yuanchu") and Xi'an Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Inovance Technology") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Focusing on the need to upgrade industrial energy consumption through green and digital-intelligent technologies, the two parties are engaging in deep cooperation across four key areas: power electronics products, direct green power integration, virtual power plants and load regulation, and AI-driven industrial energy agents. Furthermore, they are deepening collaboration in fields such as independent energy storage and integrated solar-storage-sales solutions, jointly exploring "Source-Grid-Load-Storage-Intelligence" integrated energy solutions—which combine capabilities across power generation, the grid, loads, storage, and intelligent systems—along with long-term operational services.
